Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026
This privacy policy describes how 73 Media LLC ("we", "us") handles information in connection with our website (73-media.com) and our mobile applications (our "apps"). Our approach is simple: we collect as little as possible.
Information We Collect
Website. We do not use cookies and do not collect personal information from visitors. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) provides us with privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics — such as page views and country-level visit counts — that do not identify individual visitors.
Apps. Our apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. They do not require an account, do not access the internet to send data about you or your child, and do not use advertising. Any progress or content created within an app is stored only on your device.
Children's Privacy
Some of our apps are designed for young children. We take children's privacy seriously and build these apps to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's Kids Category requirements:
- No data collection. Our children's apps do not collect any personal information from children — no names, photos, audio or video recordings, location, contacts, or persistent identifiers.
- No third-party advertising or analytics. Our children's apps contain no third-party ad networks, analytics services, or tracking of any kind.
- Everything stays on the device. Learning progress and settings are stored locally and are never transmitted to us or anyone else.
- Parental gates. Any links leading outside the app (such as contacting us) are placed behind a gate designed for adults.
Because our children's apps collect no personal information, no parental consent is required for their use. Parents with any questions or concerns can contact us at the address below.
Information You Send Us
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to you. We do not add you to mailing lists or share your contact information.
Third-Party Services
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties. Our children's apps use no third-party services. If a non-children's app ever uses a third-party service (for example, crash reporting), that app's App Store listing and this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and why, and any such third party is required to protect your data to at least the same standard described here.
Data Retention & Deletion
Because we collect almost nothing, there is generally nothing to retain or delete. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. To request deletion of any information you've sent us, or to revoke any consent you've given, contact us at the address below and we will respond promptly. To erase all locally stored data for any of our apps, simply delete the app from your device.
Changes to This Policy
If our practices change — for example, when a new app collects something new — we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
